Siga-Siga’s Filipino Food

On a rainy Thursday evening, I was on Broadway and stopped in at Siga-Siga near Fraser.

It was empty at the time but the two male staff working there were taking orders on the phone. They were hospitable and, seeing that I hadn’t been there before, recommended me some dishes.

I ordered Wings and BBQ Chicken Leg, which was grilled and came with rice and veggies (cucumbers and tomatoes, etc.).

The wings also came with some ginger sauce, and with or without it, the wings had a certain flavor to them that made them tasty. Pretty unique and tasty.

I had ginger rice with the chicken leg, and added some banana sauce. By the end of this dish, I was too full and didn’t have dessert. Perhaps next time.
