McDonald’s Tuscan Crispy Chicken Entrée Salad

Well, fast food isn’t cheap anymore, that’s for sure. I had a Tuscan Crispy Chicken Entrée Salad at McDonald’s two weeks ago, with a cold beverage, and the cost was nearly 10 bucks! It was C$9.45 including tax, to be precise. In case you’re wondering what the items cost separately, the salad by itself was C$7.35 (or C$6.99 plus tax). Since this wasn’t a “combo,” there was no combo-related discounted price, so the drink was the regular price at C$1.99 plus tax.

The salad included mix of grape tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, red peppers, red onion, and cucumber, among other ingredients. It came with Balsamic dressing.

I mean, at least they didn’t screw up the chicken like they did with their poutine awhile back. Just wish, though, that fast food prices weren’t that high…
