Still at the Chicago O’Hare International Airport, I stopped by the Chicago Jazz Food Court, which is also located in Concourse C.
I wanted something cold and refreshing, and I decided to try a smoothie at Edy’s Ice Cream, which of course sells ice cream and also sundaes, banana splits, shakes, and frozen yogurt.
Though they had five different types of smoothies available, they came in just one size: 24 ounces for US$4.69 plus tax. I went with their Strawberry Smoothie. It was pretty ordinary – not to mention too much in terms of quantity – but oh well, I needed something cold and that seemed to be the best available choice for me.
Interestingly, Edy’s uses just plain styrofoam cups and not ones with their logo on them. I guess that cuts down on costs!
